The TransCap Initiative is a collaborative, multi-stakeholder open innovation programme. The website located at www.transformation.capital ("Website") is operated by the Systemic Investing Initiative (“we” or “us”), a non-profit association domiciled in Zurich, Switzerland, under enterprise identification number (UID) CHE-244.215.765.
This privacy policy (“Policy”) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. The Policy applies to all users of, and visitors to, the Website. Your use of the Website means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all the regulations in the Policy, which supplement our Terms & Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, and Cookie Policy.

The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, passport, financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph, and other information as requested or provided.

4. How Long We Keep Your Information For
We are required to keep your information for several years so that our third-party funders can audit our operations. Currently, this period is 7 years, but this may change in the future. We will not store your data for any longer than is necessary for us to comply with this legal obligation.
5. Direct Marketing
If you have already engaged with us, such as participated in programmes or have received newsletters, we will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about similar goods, services, or activities. If you are new to engaging with us or our affiliates, and where we permit selected third parties to use your data, we (or they) will contact you by electronic means only if you have consented to this.
6. Disclosure of Your Information
We may share your personal information with any member of our group, which means any subsidiaries or holding company and its affiliates. We may share your information with selected third parties including:
- third-party funders in order to fulfil our administrative purposes or for reasons of legal compliance,
- business partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you,
- travel agencies, transportation services providers, and similar organizations to provide logistical services to you,
- restaurants, hotels, caterers, and similar organizations to cater to your food and accommodation preferences, and/or
- analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of the website and associated platforms.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties:
- In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
- If our assets are acquired by a third party, including our employees, in which case personal data held by us may be one of the transferred assets.
- If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any of our legal entities, our customers, or others.
How third parties handle your data is determined by their own privacy policies. Although we endeavour to protect your data via contractual arrangements with third parties, we accept no liability for the use of such data by third parties.
7. Where We Store Your Personal Data
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details, and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing, or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with the Policy.
All information you provide to us is stored on our servers, on servers owned and operated by our hosting providers or other service providers, or on encrypted hard disks in laptops and desktop computers owned by us or our affiliates and operated by employees of us or our affiliates.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of the Website and associated platforms, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through the Website or associated platforms; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, in line with our internal security policies (including in respect of IT equipment such as laptops and mobile phones), we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

You have the right to ask us to amend, not to process, or to delete your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to ask us to transfer your data to a third party. You can exercise your rights by checking certain boxes on the forms we use to collect your data or by contacting us at admin@transformation.capital.
