The TransCap Initiative is a collaborative, multi-stakeholder open innovation programme. The website located at www.transformation.capital ("Website") is operated by the Systemic Investing Initiative (“we” or “us”), a non-profit association domiciled in Zurich, Switzerland, under enterprise identification number (UID) CHE-244.215.765.
This page, together with the pages and documents referred to in it, sets out the terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) on which you may make use of the Website, whether as a guest or registered user. The Terms & Conditions apply to all users of, and visitors to, the Website. Your use of the Website means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all the Terms & Conditions, which supplement our Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Use of the Website includes accessing, browsing, or registering to
use the Website. Please read this page carefully before you start using the Website, as the information contained herein will apply to your use of the Website.

The Website is made available free of charge.
We do not guarantee that the Website or any content on it will always be available or be uninterrupted. We either own or have the right to use or licence, directly or through our affiliates, the rights connected to some of the intellectual property shown on or emerging from the Website. This includes, amongst other things, the logo of the TransCap Initiative and that of EIT Climate-KIC, the copyright to the TransCap White Paper, the source code behind the Website, and any trademarks that have been filed and/or granted. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world, and we reserve all rights connected to them.
You may print off and download extracts of any page(s) from the Website to which you have access for non-commercial use. You must not use any part of the materials on the Website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or any third party licensors. The status of the Systemic Investing Initiative (and that of any other identified owners and contributors) as the authors of material on the Website must always be acknowledged.
Any names, images, and logos identifying EIT Climate-KIC or the TransCap Initiative are proprietary marks of the Climate-KIC Holding B.V., its ultimate holding company, or its affiliates. Copying these logos via the Website is not permitted without prior approval. Requests for permission to use the logos should be emailed to admin@transformation.capital. Please ensure that you tell us how and why you wish to use the logo(s).
Uploading Content to the Website
Whenever you upload content to the Website or contact other users of the Website, you must comply with the standards set out in the Acceptable Use Policy and any other terms or guidelines applicable to that feature. You warrant and undertake to ensure that any such contribution does comply with those standards, is not defamatory, offensive, or otherwise unlawful or inappropriate and does not infringe any third party’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights, and you indemnify us for any breach of that warranty and undertaking.
