In Q1 2022, TCI's Research & Innovation Lead Stephanie Frick delivered a presentation to a select group of leading systems and sustainable finance folk. The subject of this presentation was the development of a system transformation strategy that she and the rest of the team behind our net-zero mobility prototype in Switzerland have developed and continue to refine.
While this step in our overall process hypothesis for systemic investing is not yet concluded, we decided to share the original presentation (with slight tweaks so as to enhance readability without narration) out in the spirit of open innovation. If you are a practitioner in our space and find elements or the totality of this presentation thought-provoking, we would love to hear from you and innovate together!
Please note that this is a high-level working document, an invitation behind the curtain, and as such may display the odd formatting hick-up and does not purport to be a holistic representation of methodology. Certain critical steps in the process are not featured in this particular deck, such as the importance of selecting the right partners and collaboration (we have entries in this series of articles that show those steps in greater detail however). Other aspects are only touched on lightly, not reflecting the immense effort that has gone into them.

We will share more detail about the various steps we have undertaken in this process from a methodological standpoint in the near future, as well as regular updates on current developments in the Swiss mobility sphere.
